All products at Yoin are made to order. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind).

When We Accept Returns or Exchanges

If any of the following apply, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will offer a refund or reproduction.

  • The product arrived defective or damaged
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item
