A. All products are made to order and typically take 2–7 business days to produce. After fulfillment, estimated delivery times are:

・Europe: 5–15 business days
・Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
・Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Q. Will I receive a tracking number?
A. Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

◆Orders & Returns

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
A. Since all items are made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@yoinjapan.com if you need to make any changes.

Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A. We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns due to sizing issues or personal preference, as all products are custom-made to order.

Q. What if my item arrives damaged?
A. Please contact us at info@yoinjapan.com with a photo of the damaged item within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Q. Where are your products made?
A. Our products are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, at facilities located around the world.

Q. How do I choose the right size?
A. Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend referring to it carefully before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues.

Q. Can I customize a product?
A. At this time, we do not offer individual customization requests. However, our products feature unique art-inspired designs exclusive to 余韻 ~Yoin~.

Q. Are prices displayed in my local currency?
